Enrollment:
The student accepted for admission into any program of study at MedNoc Training College shall be considered enrolled in the program/course upon completion of the following documents:
- Enrollment Agreement Form. (Enrollment Agreement can be done online or in a paper form).
- Financial Agreement.
- Students younger than 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the EA and FA forms.
- A student sponsored by another party must complete and sign a Waiver of Release of Student Information, allowing MTC to share academic progress with the sponsoring party.
- Note: Self-sponsored students are not required to sign a Waiver of Release Form allowing MTC to share academic information.
- Additional requirements apply to Pre-Nursing Courses and Practical Nursing Programs. For detailed information, refer to the Practical Nursing Handbook.
Enrollment Orientation:
Students are required to attend Enrollment Orientation before classes starts. Prospective students can either attend orientation physically or virtually via google meet. Orientation sessions will be held every Friday, lasting 3 hours from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During Orientation, students will be provided with course information.
Orientation Agenda
- Welcoming students to MTC.
- Campus tour and introduction to staff and instructors.
- Overview of the Catalog/Student Handbook.
- Explanation of the Enrollment Agreement Form.
- Discussion of the Financial Agreement Form.
- Completion of all other necessary enrollment forms.
- Q & A session to address students’ questions.
Simultaneous/ Multiple Enrollments:
Students enrolled in other colleges may also enroll in any program offered at MedNoc Training College. However, students enrolled at MTC are limited to a maximum of three programs simultaneously. Approval from the College Director is required for enrollment in more than one program at a time, except for CNA and HHA or BLS and any other program combination. Approval is contingent upon ensuring no schedule conflicts and the student is in good academic standing.
The student must complete a Financial Agreement and Enrollment Agreement reflecting enrollment in all selected programs. Multiple program selections can be indicated on the same Student Application form.
