Dress Code:
School uniforms are mandatory for students enrolled in programs with more than 40 clock hours and with clinical requirements. Students must wear school uniforms and a photo name badge during classes, skills labs, clinical rotations, and on test days. MedNoc Training College will issue the name badge by the first day of class or during enrollment. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in the instructor sending the student home. School uniforms from MedNoc Training College must include the school logo, so students are encouraged to purchase them from the school. Students are required to dress modestly and professionally, considering others such as students, instructors, potential employers, patients, and residents. This includes avoiding cleavage, bare midriffs, sleeveless tops, shorts, shower shoes, slippers, or flip-flops. Closed-toe shoes must always be worn, and clothing should not display curse words or offensive writing. Students must maintain proper grooming and hygiene standards, ensuring a neat and presentable appearance. Tattoos must be covered with a white or black long-sleeved undershirt. Excessive body piercings, fake nails, and jewelry must be removed, except for wedding bands and single earrings, which are permitted. Wearing caps or hats at school or clinical sites is generally prohibited, except for religious reasons. Students may only wear caps or hats with the MTC logo on school premises.
Photo Name Badge:
MedNoc Training College will issue a name badge to each student during enrollment or by the first day of class. The name badge must display the student’s first name, last name, and their title as “student.” Students must always wear their name badge while in the classroom, skills lab, and clinical sites.
